RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return, in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection regulations.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged and, where reasonably possible, returned in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at goodboygearco@hotmail.com and include your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the instructions required to complete the return process.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the case and provide the appropriate solution.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process any approved refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
